| The Poltava regional organization of the disabled people (PRODP) is built by March 13, 2000 as structural division " Soyuz of organizations of the disabled people of Ukraine ". The organization integrates 5783 disabled peoples of different nosologies, which one are on the count in Gadyach, Kremenchug urban companies of the disabled people, Karlivka and Chornuchy district companies of the disabled peoples.
